Like a lifetime in miniature, tennis is filled with moments of opportunity; advantage, struggle; fault, overcoming obstacles; break, and emotional vulnerability; love. Can the invention of new styles lead to the evolution of the game? The work follows the tennis ball before, during and after contact with the racket, like a projectile in motion. An experimental documentary about those who choose to play, an anthology of five vignettes, where players evoke setup, impact and recovery.
